What is Anchor & Rise

Anchor & Rise is a 12-week strength and wellness program designed to help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and strength — inside and out.

This isn’t another cookie-cutter challenge or one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a guided experience that blends progressive strength training, nutrition that actually fuels your body, and mindset tools that help you stay consistent and anchored through every season.

It’s about building a foundation that lasts — learning how to move with purpose, nourish your body with intention, and rise with confidence no matter what life throws your way. You’ll not only transform how you look and feel, but also how you show up in every area of your life. This is where strength meets alignment — and where lasting change begins.

Why We Created It

After coaching hundreds of women through the ups and downs of fitness, Meg and I realized the gap wasn’t in knowing what to do — it was in having the right system, support, and strategy to rise consistently.

We created Anchor & Rise to help women:

  • Anchor into foundational habits that build lasting strength and confidence.
  • Rise above the “start over” cycle and finally feel aligned in their wellness journey.
  • Learn how to train, fuel, and live in a way that supports hormone balance, energy, and longevity.

Honest Feedback: How This Training Style Transformed Their Mindset


I really struggled with the format at the beginning.

I was use to following Bodi workouts on my tv, working at the pace of the instructor on screen. I thought I was getting a good workout and getting stronger, but shifting to this format I realized I wasn’t pushing myself as much as I could have. I’m completing exercises at my own pace, focusing more on which muscles I am working with the moves and lifting heavier than I ever have before.

In the past I would complete programs two or three times before lifting as heavy I was after four weeks of Anchor and Rise. I better understand progressive overload and am bumping up weights and increasing reps from week to week.

I have really enjoyed the block format of Anchor and Rise because it has changed the way I am working muscle groups and keeping me from feeling bored with the workout.


I was really nervous about this style of workouts. I had always followed a trainer and I would always go by what they were lifting for weights. I thought there is no way I can do a workout without following along with someone the entire time.

But I was COMPLETELY wrong. This format has changed my thinking on weight training. I don’t have anyone to compare weights to, that means I challenge MYSELF every move.

I focus on form. I take the breaks. I know what progressive overload really means. I never in a million years thought I would need to buy a 70lb dumbbell 4 weeks into a new program. But I did. And I already need heavier weights. How is that even possible? I look forward to turning on my music and just focusing on form and strength and not staring at a screen or being hurried through reps and getting frustrated and throwing the weights down.

Seriously, this program has blown my mind with how strong I am and this style of training is the only way I will train from here on out. I see muscles I never thought I would see at close to 50 years old! I feel like a complete badass after every strength session. I can’t wait to see how much stronger I can be each time I repeat this program!


I bled BODi for over a decade. When the shift happened, something shifted in me too. Now that I have had time to reflect on my fitness journey, I was actually struggling with BODi workouts before the change. I had changed but didn’t know where to turn.

I pivoted to a new trainer and a new style of workouts and I loved it, until I didn’t anymore. Something was off. Something didn’t feel right. When I saw this opportunity come along from Meg, I knew I wanted it.

At first it felt uncomfortable and clumsy. I had never not followed a video before, it was so weird! I had never actually tracked my workouts and weights. I had never taken a minute and half rest between lifts. I had never actively and intentionally worked to progressive overload.

It only took me a couple weeks to fall into a groove and fall in love with this style of training!

I am obsessed with lifting heavy and pushing myself to be better. I look forward to my workouts every single day.

It’s me versus me and that is exciting. I’ve never felt stronger and my perspective on what I think healthy looks like has also changed—for the better!

Being allowed to join in this test group has been nothing short of amazing!

Coming from doing my workouts following a trainer on tv, going at THEIR pace, going heavier or lighter when THEY told me to, working whatever muscle THEY told me to do was the way to go.

Honestly it’s what I needed in the beginning. I was new to working out and needed the guidance. But after a while I started to feel like something was missing. The workouts weren’t hitting the way they use to!

When I was asked to join A&R I was so excited to start something new! But I had NO IDEA how amazing not only this way of working out would be, but THIS PROGRAM blows all others out of the water! I realized when I don’t have someone on the screen telling me what to do or yelling at me to move faster or lift heavier or any of that and I got to dial in and FOCUS ON ME and how hard I can push myself I realized I’m MUCH STRONGER and can do a lot more than I ever believed I could! I’m not holding back cause I’m worried about the finisher, I look forward to pushing myself even harder during the finisher.

I don’t think I will ever return to that style of training again. This new style and program is definitely a game changer, it may seem scary at first but I PROMISE you once you let go of all of that and lean into YOURSELF you too will be unlocking so many levels you didn’t even know you had!

At first, it was hard for me to do a workout in an app without a trainer telling me exactly what to do. But this program has taught me so many things about myself that I didn’t know I could accomplish.

Corri and Meg really tap into providing personal development. Their weekly videos have taught me so much, and I am truly understanding what it means to dig into progressive overload.

I have hit personal records each week in all muscle groups that I never in a million years would have thought I could accomplish before. Not only am I lifting heavier and getting stronger physically, but I am also learning how to fuel my body in maintenance, which I’ve never done before. I’m mentally focused and more confident, knowing how to fuel my body.

Corri is also a phenomenal sounding board for me. She has provided encouragement when I have been reluctant to follow a new way of eating. She has also provided coaching for the workouts when I couldn’t quite understand how to perfect a move with my 5’ 8 “ body.
