Hi, I’m Corri!
I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the busyness of life – chasing the to-do list, showing up for everyone else, and forgetting how to care for the woman in the mirror.
That was me: sitting on the couch at 209 pounds, exhausted, uncomfortable in my own body, and wondering how I got so far from the version of myself I wanted to be.
But becoming a mom changed everything.
I started with small daily shifts, rebuilt my energy and confidence, and slowly created a wellness lifestyle that fit real life – not perfection.
And I didn’t do it alone.
That’s why I co-created the Woman’s Whole Health Collective – because community changes everything.
As your coach, I’m here to walk with you, remind you of your strength, and help you build a life rooted in grace, discipline (GRISCIPLINE!), and support.

Hi, I’m Meghan!
Before I became a PN-1 Certified Nutrition Coach with aMaster’s in Public Health Nutrition, I was just a woman desperately trying to “fix” her body.
I chased every fad diet. I cut carbs, cut calories, and punished myself with hours of intense cardio- over and over again. I lost weight, gained it back, and blamed myself every time. That all-or-nothing cycle led me into a full-blown eating disorder and a toxic relationship with food and my body. I was exhausted, miserable, and convinced I just wasn’t trying hard enough.
It wasn’t until I discovered macro-based nutrition – paired with real mindset work and simple, sustainable habits – that everything changed.
I finally felt free, strong, and in control of my health again.
As I’ve entered my late 30’s, I’ve added in the last piece of the puzzle with hormone support through targeted habits and specific supplements.
I started Simply Nutrition in 2020 and co-founded A Woman’s Whole Health Collective to help other women break free from that same cycle.

In the Collective, you’ll feel confident and in control of your eating – without obsessing or restricting. You’ll learn how to fuel your body with flexibility, not fear, and enjoy your favorite foods without guilt. - Prefer to go it alone.
You’ll feel supported and seen by a coach and community that gets it. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all pressure. Just real, honest support from women in the same season. If you prefer 1:1 Coaching, I offer that too as a different package. - Insist on pounding out endless hours of cardio…but barely do any strength training.
You’re sweating and burning calories (as punishment for what you ate?), but not building lean muscle that drives fat loss and hormone balance. - Aren’t committed to eating enough protein to fuel your transformation.
