MEET CORRI

Hey you — welcome!

I’m so excited you’re here because it means you’re already working on creating more health and happiness in your life — or you’re ready to take some new steps toward a healthier path.

Choosing to make time for us and taking care of us is one of the most important things we’ll ever do. And trust me… I didn’t always see it that way.

For years, I lived in the cycle of yo-yo dieting, late nights, and not really caring much about my health.

I partied my way through college and slowly lost more and more of myself as I got older.

Honestly? I didn’t start thinking about my health until I became a mom.

When our first son, Keaston, was born — everything changed.

Like most parents, I wanted the best for him. I bought the organic snacks, made sure his meals were clean and balanced… but when it came to me?

I’d finish what was left on his plate or grab whatever was easiest between naps and diaper changes.

Before I knew it, I was sitting on the couch one afternoon — 209 pounds, exhausted, uncomfortable in my own skin, and watching my little boy play on the floor.

I remember thinking, “Is this really it? Is this how I’m going to feel for the rest of my life?”

That moment changed everything.

That chapter is many years behind me now — and so much has changed since then.

In March 2013, we welcomed our second son, Beckett, and our family’s wellness journey truly began.

We’ve navigated everything — moves, busy sports seasons, loss, illness, and the daily chaos of life.

Both of my parents faced cancer — my mom battled breast cancer in 2018, and my dad faced p16 squamous cell cancer of the tongue and throat in 2019.

They both fought hard — and WON.

Through it all, I learned that wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about resilience, intention, and alignment.

Today, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1-N), and Certified in Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery (PN1-SSRC).

I help women like you focus on small daily habits that create sustainable routines — routines that support your hormones, your strength, your mindset, and your confidence.

Through my Her True North Wellness Community, my Whole Health Collective App, and my favorite non-toxic products from Hugh & Grace, I’ve built a space where women can learn, grow, and rise — together.

My Philosophy: GRISIPLINE (Grace + Discipline)

Because here’s the truth — we can’t do it all, and we shouldn’t do it alone.

I teach women how to combine grace for themselves and discipline for their goals so they can create true alignment in every area of life.

It’s not about being perfect — it’s about being present, intentional, and committed to becoming the woman you’re meant to be.

“As individuals, we can do some pretty amazing things… but together — we can accomplish great, big things.”

If you’re ready to start aligning your routines, your mindset, and your wellness — you’re in the right place.

Welcome to Her True North Wellness — where we rise stronger, together.
